Tricky Plastic with Precise Holes

This very small part will be used in manufacturing for an Automotive customers. Since air needs to pass through the canals within, all the holes had to line up precisely, which was difficult because the Micarta G10 high-heat resistant grade plastic tends to crack and chip easily. This was a low volume part that took 6 setups on our Hurco machine.
